About Me
JAVA DEVELOPER
During these last 12 years at working for my first professional job, I have acquired a lot of experience on development project, team collaboration and architecture. Furthermore, I evolved at the same time as the maturity of the IT department of the FAMHP. The IT was a young new born service.
With my motivation and my determination, I helped to create a climate of trust between IT and the business customer by developing software according to the requirements of the client and respecting the deadline.
In 2012, when the FAMHP decided to grow up the development team by hiring a team leader. I have broadened my field of knowledge by learning the agile method and new technologies such as Spring, MongoDB, Angular…
we have established a very close-knit team spirit in which we are responsible for the product we deliver. Good understanding, good collaboration, learning from our mistakes were the key to the success of our projects. We have created a self-working team. we have also set up a close collaboration with the infrastructure team by adopting a methodology close to the
Over the years, I have gained more and more confidence in the team. As for example by coaching newcomers.
In recent years I have gained experience on the software architecture of the applications that we have to develop by participating in the EAB meeting, infra-dev and by helping the main architect in his work.
the last projects in which I took part, I was responsible for the design of the architecture, as well as the technical lead of a team.
